Most certainly!! We have a child of our own and know how important the combination of fun and safety are!

Do you have public Liability ?
Yes we have public liability insurance to the sum of 1 million pounds.
 
Is delivery included in the price ?
Yes, delivery is included in the price however a small charge will take place for deliveries outside a 10 mile radius.
 
How much room is required for a bouncy castle.
OK, The children's castles are 12 foot x 12 foot and we would require an extra 2 foot either side of the inflatable and approx 3 feet at the back of the castle for the blower and same again 3 feet at the front of the castle to provide easy access for entering the castle.

If you wish to hire the giant inflatable slide with a children's castle you will require an extra 15 foot at the side of the castle.

The adult bouncy castle requires 15ft x 15ft plus 2ft each side and 3 feet at the front and back of the castle.

What is the maximum age for the childrens castles ?
Firstly, for children’s castles we recommend a 12 foot x 12 foot which is suitable for up to 8 children at a time under the age of 13 years which is the maximum age. The adult castle is suitable for all ages.
 
How long does the inflatable take to set up?
As long as the access to the garden is clear, once we are in it would take approximately 10 - 15 minutes and around 15 - 30 minutes to dismantle dependent on the size of the castle.
 
What are your delivery times?
Our delivery and collection times are between 9.00am and 6.30pm. If you do wish to hire an inflatable beyond 6.30pm an overnight fee would be applied.

Can we keep the inflatables overnight ?
Yes, although there is an additional cost of 50% of the hire charge and we would require the inflatable to be available for collection by 10.30am the following day.

We will always require a £100.00 cash deposit upon delivery for this which is fully returnable on collection of the castle if the castle is not damaged and is clean. We would also request that the Inflatable is deflated and covered over with one of our covers and the electrical equipment is placed indoors when you have finished with the castle.
 
What is the cost to me to run a bouncy castle ?
Strange as it may sound but the cost to you for running a bouncy castle is less than £1.00 a day.
 
Do Bounce Busters provide a cancellation policy?
If it is purely down to the weather and you notify us before 9am on the day that you no longer wish to hire the inflatable you are then free to cancel the booking at no charge. If for any other reason you decide to cancel the booking please give us as much notice as possible to give us the opportunity to re-hire the inflatable to another party.

How do we pay?
Please allow to pay on delivery either by cash or cheque.  Cheques are to made payable to Bounce Busters.
